Added another video looking at routing in Cubase 6 and Cubase 7, including using the Q-Link switch in the Cubase 7 MixConsole to re-route multiple channels with a single click.
Helping you to get your music made
I’ve added a new video to my YouTube channel, looking at importing audio files into a session template and preparing them for mixing. I cover moving tracks into folders and stripping out the silent part of tracks to give a better visual representation of the arrangement.
I’ve added another video tutorial to my YouTube channel, covering how to set up project templates in Cubase. It’s a bit later than I’d hoped, but I’ve upgraded to Cubase 7 and I wanted to see if there were any significant differences in setting up a blank template – there aren’t, I’m happy to say, so this should be as of as much use to users of Cubase 7 as to users of versions 6.5 & earlier.
The only difference for Cubase 7 users is the routing of tracks to group channels, but I’ll cover that in a future video.
